High School Students:
Tomorrow (Friday, October 7th) we will be outside for most of the day for homecoming games and activities. Please don't forget to wear a sweatshirt or bring a jacket tomorrow as temperatures are expected to be cooler. Also remember that, weather permitting, we will be dismissing at 1:30 pm tomorrow for the parade which starts at 2:00 pm. #CornjerkerPride

This year the HAHS soccer team raised $1780 during the Kick Cancer Night! This money will benefit the Sharron L. Bassett foundation. #CornjerkerPride


The HAHS Soccer team is playing host to Clifton Central for this years annual Kick Cancer Game. This year all proceeds from the Kick Cancer shirt sales go to support the Sharron Bassett foundation. Over the years the HAHS soccer team has donated over $30,000 to help fight cancer and provide aide to those fighting it. #CornjerkerPride

Dress Up Days: Monday - Come As You Are Tuesday - Halloween Costume Day (School Appropriate and No Masks) Wednesday - Class Color Day Thursday - Twin Day Friday - Spirit Day Other Important Events: Wednesday - Bonfire at 7:30 pm (Located to the West of the Middle School by the trees) Friday - 1:30 pm Student Dismissal and Homecoming Parade at 2:00 pm (Weather Permitting) Friday - Homecoming Football Game vs. Oakwood at 7:00 pm Saturday - Homecoming Dance in the High School Gym from 8:00-10:30 pm

HAHS Students and Parents:
All Freshmen students are required by Illinois State Law to have a completed IL Physical and Tetanus shot (TDAP). The deadline for completing this is Friday Oct. 14th.
Any student not in compliance with either the IL Physical Form or Proof of a Doctor's appointment, will not be able to attend school beginning on Monday Oct. 17th. Any student not in compliance and shows up for school on that date, will be sent home and will not be allowed to participate in any extra-curricular activities until the forms are turned in.
All Senior students are required by IL State Law to have a 2nd dose of the Meningitis Vaccine, which can only be given after their 16th birthday. The deadline for completing this is Friday Oct. 14th.

This is just a friendly reminder that tomorrow, September 21, is an early dismissal day for students. High school students will be dismissed at 12:20 pm. DACC College Express will not be in session tomorrow afternoon due to the early out.
