As a reminder Hoopeston Schools will have a remote learning day on February 18th, in order for Hoopeston staff to receive their second vaccine. Maple will send remote learning packets home today with students (along with lunch and breakfast for tomorrow). Those packets need completed and returned on Friday, February 20th, in order for your student to be counted as present on Thursday. This is VERY IMPORTANT.
If your child is absent today, their packet will be sent home on Friday and MUST return on Monday in order to be counted present for Thursday.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Happy 100th day from Mrs.Miller’s kindergarten class

Miss Taylor’s first grade worked on lots of projects for the 100th day of first grade— 100 sight words, 100 place value Hershey Kisses, 100 bead necklaces, and writing what we’ve learned in 100 days. Whew! We are 100% worn out!

Maple Kindergartners had fun celebrating the 100th day of school!! 🎉 #cornjerkerpride #happyclassrooms #kinderwithclemmons

Maple has started celebrating their remote learners of the month! The past week, we recognized our first round of winners! These students have watched their video lessons, completed work and attended their Google Meets! We would like to congratulate Alayna and Caydence for all their hard work while at home! We are so proud of you!

It is that time of year again were we ask parents to complete a survey regarding Maple School so we can use the data to further improve the education of our students. Please, take just a few minutes to help us out and complete the following survey for your student at Maple. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. Thank you

Miss Deck's 1st grade class had an awesome virtual visit from the Travelling Naturalist from the Vermilion County Conversation District. We learned about some herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores of Vermilion County.

We got to go outside and enjoy the fresh air! #happyclassrooms #cornjerkerpride #makingmemorieswithmorton
