Bingo Celebration



Mrs. Anderson’s class is enjoying our PBIS Bingo Celebration!


Mrs. Gillins and Mrs. Mathewson’s 3rd grade classes reviewed Quarter 1 skills today. We corrected sentences and made graham cracker arrays.




5th graders are practicing long division before our test by playing Pizza Picasso!



Fourth graders are experimenting with weathering and erosion



5th graders are designing devices to slow down an object as it falls to learn about gravity.




Fifth graders are playing Math Bingo to practice multiplying multi- digit numbers.



Fifth graders are learning about the mass of an object and gravity by doing a multi-day hands on project.

Mrs. Anderson’s class had a great time at the bowling alley for their attendance reward!

Ms. Hart and Mrs. Gooding’s classes are doing a great job with their performance of the wax museum! Again, thanks to all who came out to watch!

Mrs. Gress’s class played Battleship during math today to learn about coordinate planes!




Hoopeston Area Alumni and Miss Iroquois County Fair Queen, Erin Anderson, came to read a book about agriculture to Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Gress’s classes this afternoon.


5th grade students are solving a mathematical murder mystery case today!

On the last day of outdoor school, Mrs. Anderson’s class saw all kinds of animals! Deer, 3 different turtles, salamanders, snails, and many more!




Luckily, the weather mostly cooperated for the 5th graders at Outdoor School today! Mrs. Anderson’s class hiked the Wheeler Trail and visited the Visitor’s Center. We learned all about native animals today!
