After constructing their own bridges, 4th grade has been exploring different bridges from around the world through our virtual reality viewers! They get to identify different aspects that make these real bridges strong. #cornjerkerpride #johngreer




Today, 5th graders dissected Lima beans to study the different parts of the bean. Then we performed an experiment in which each group left out 1 of the 4 needs of a plant. We will check next week to see how the missing element affects our seed’s growth.



We are working hard on research for our Informational Writing papers in third grade.

For our Engineering Design Process unit, 4th grade designed bridges using 2 pieces of paper and 3 cups. They spent the week building and improving their designs! We moved through the 5 steps: ask, imagine, plan, create, and improve. #cornjerkerpride #johngreer
