4th grade made igneous rocks in science today. We had hot magma (melted marshmallows and chocolate chips) that we let cool quickly on graham crackers!

We are on a Safari today in 5th grade. We are using our decimal skills to use a restaurant menu.
We've been studying food chains and food webs in 5th grade Science. Today, we had a hands on lesson watching worms. They are our favorite decomposer!
5th graders dissected owl pellets in the STEM lab today!
5th graders have enjoyed their DARE classes this year. Today, we had some of our high school seniors answer questions that we had about the middle and high schools. We appreciate them coming over!

Mrs. Runge and Miss Hart surprised their 4th grade class with glow ELA today. They worked on synonyms, antonyms, main idea and silent reading all with glow activities. It was a great day to be a 4th grader!!

5th graders are practicing for their long division test by playing Pizza Picasso. They are creating problems, solving them, and coloring a piece of their pizza.
