This is just a reminder that online registration for the 2021-22 school year has begun. If you are unable to register from home, the high school office will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, August 3rd, from 8:30-11:30am and 12:30-6:00pm for parents to get assistance with registration. The school will also be open on Wednesday, August 4th from 8:30-11:30am and 12:30-3:30pm. Please note that due to summer work preparation, the high school office has been temporarily moved to the high school library at the back of the high school. So this means that anyone coming to get help with registration will need to come to the back of the building by the high school library. The high school library is by the concession stand and has a large awning over it. The offices will be moved back to the normal locations at the front of the school starting Monday, August 9th. Freshmen and Parents of Freshmen: We will be having Freshmen orientation for students and parents on Tuesday August 10th from 6:00-7:00pm in the HS auditorium. Administration will be meeting with students and parents to talk about the year and then students will have an opportunity to tour the school afterwards. Then on Thursday, August 12th, our Link Crew will be holding a Freshmen orientation day for all freshmen to attend from 9:00-12:00 at the high school. We encourage all freshmen to attend the Link Crew training. School officially begins on Wednesday, August 18th. Our teachers and staff are looking forward to welcoming all of our students back to school and for a great year this school year!

This message is for our senior graduates and their families. SAT score posting has been delayed by College Board until June 28th. Therefore any student whose college requires them before that time, you will have to log into College Board and supply that information directly to the university. Also starting on Monday, for any senior who pre order graduation pictures prior to May 13th you can come to the office to pick them up. Any senior who ordered pictures after May 13th, they will be delivered to your home. The office is open on Mon-Thur from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-3:00 and Fridays from 8:00-12:00 through June.

From Melissa Rome at the Vermilion County Health Department: CVS in Hoopeston still has 50 Pfizer doses that need to be used today! You do NOT need an appointment as long as you come between 10:00am - 5:00pm today!! This is a great opportunity for our 16 and 17 years olds as this is the only vaccine for them.

HAHS Students and Families, This morning we were made aware of a positive case of COVID within our high school. Contact tracing has been done for Saturday, April 24th for prom and post-prom as well as during school on Monday, April 26th. Those students and families who would have been identified as direct contacts have been made aware directly. If you have any questions please contact the high school office.
