This Friday at the HS is the Homecoming Pep Assembly! We will kick off activities at 9 am with our class kickball tournament, followed by the pep rally led by our Cheerleaders. Students remember to dress appropriately and wear sunscreen as we will be outside all morning. Dismissal for the high school only is at 12:30 so that they can prepare for the Homecoming parade, which starts at 1:00 p.m.
Congratulations to our Senior Cross Country runners who were honored at today's meet. They have contributed so much while being apart of the team, THANK YOU!

Our boys and girls cross country competed in the county meet today. Congrats to the boys team for bringing home the win and some hardware!

Seniors met with Jostens today to start gearing up for graduation! Senior parents/guardians be sure to check in with your student about the information that was shared.

The freshmen class is selling raffle tickets for these two quilts made from Cornjerker t-shirts.
They are $20 each, and each quilt is a full-size blanket.
The only other difference is the backing color, which is either blue or red.

Congratulations to the 2025 HAHS Homecoming Court: Freshmen Attendants Haydin Mills and Sophia Perez, Sophomore Attendants Felix Rivera and Rilyn Fell, Junior Attendants Stefan Sheppard and Hunter Haggan. Homecoming King Candidates are Keenon Anderson, Charlie Flores, Zachary Huchel, Paul Smith, and Parker Watson. Homecoming Queen Candidates are Brylea Goodner, Kaedyn Goodrum, Mylee Pyle, Jacklyn Resendez, and Melina Vogel.

2025 Homecoming Dance Information:
The HAHS Homecoming Dance is on Saturday, September 27th from 8:00-10:30pm in the high school gym. Doors will close at 9:00pm. The cost is $5 per person and money will be collected at the door (cash only); no tickets are sold ahead of time. All students attending the dance need to read the Homecoming Dance Policies and Guidelines posted in the HS Office Google Classroom prior to the dance. If students are planning to bring a guest that is not a student at HAHS they need to submit a Guest Approval Form by Monday, September 22nd. Forms require signatures from references and a copy of the guest's photo ID. Guests must be at least high school age (not in middle school) and cannot be over age 20. Students who are on social probation are not allowed to attend and have been notified. Homecoming related questions should be directed to Miss Mann or Mrs. Gondzur.
