DACC visited the HS today to talk to 10th and 11th graders about College Express opportunities for next school year. #CornjerkerPride
This is just a reminder that the High School will be holding a Scheduling Fair for all incoming freshmen tomorrow, January 24th from 6:00-7:00 pm in the HS cafeteria. The purpose of this fair is to allow incoming freshmen to meet with teachers and staff and learn about all the different offerings at Hoopeston Area High School. Each department will have a table set up with information for parents and students about what classes they teach and will be available to answer questions. Extracurricular and club coaches and sponsors will also be in attendance to share information about their programs. This night's purpose is to give parents and students an opportunity to get a better idea of course offerings for when students begin signing up for classes in the spring to get their schedules set for the next school year.

Tonight's boys championship night for the Vermilion County Tournament will be held at DACC. DACC's water issues are fixed and we are good to go as originally planned. The boys Cornjerker basketball team will play at 6:30 pm against Westville in the 3rd place game.

Overflow parking for tonight’s Girls’ County is in the old Catlin IGA parking lot and Catlin Church of Christ (just west of SFHS), with shuttles running from both locations.
Vermilion County Tournament Update:
Tonight's Girls Championship Night will be held at Salt Fork High School in Catlin. Hoopeston girls are playing for 3rd place at 6:30 pm.
Salt Fork is working to get the games broadcast on the NFHS network online.
Tomorrow, the Championship Night will be at Bismarck-Henning High School. The Hoopeston boys play in the 3rd place game at 6:30 pm.
