Today, Mrs. Walder’s class watched a brainpop video and discussed what happened on September 11, 17 years ago. Mrs. Walder explained how she was in 5th grade, just like them, when it happened. After discussing what happened, why it happened, and how it affected everyone’s lives both then and now, they talked about the heroes that helped.
