Mrs Rush's class day 2 of Outdoor School! We went on a critter crawl and hiked Lookout Point! We even saw a snake while hiking! 🥾 🐍🐛🕷️









Day 2 of Outdoor School for Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Huffman's classes brought a hike on Hidden Valley Trail where we saw a white tailed deer and a Critter Crawl forest floor exploration. We are having a great week!

Yesterday, the fourth grade students got to go to see The Danville Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra performed Peter and the Wolf.


5th grade Concert band got to work with Dr. Larson who is a music education professor from Eastern Illinois University. They performed well and learned a lot!

Two more 4th grade band students finished their sticker charts! Their goal is to master and mark off all of the songs before the end of the year.

Our 4th-grade students are leveling up their volleyball skills today. From the fast-paced 9 Square and Nitroball to Hooverball and the Lü, there’s no shortage of action in the gym!


We only have one more stop on our reading challenge. The kids are doing great!!! Keep up the good work, I am proud of all of you!!!
