Maple will hold preregistration for all incoming kindergarten students for the 2020 school year. All incoming students who will be attending kindergarten in the fall must complete a screening process. Each screening will last approximately 30 minutes. Students need to be 5 on or before September 1st. An adult must accompany the student to registration. Please bring the student's birth certificate and shot record to the screening if you have them. Please call the Maple office at 217.283.6665 to schedule your appointment. Screenings will take place April 27th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and April 28th from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
