Scott Eells


Scott Eells attended Hoopeston-East Lynn from 1971-1975. He participated on the Boys’ Basketball Team during his time at Hoopeston.
With an average of 25.4 points per game, he earned a spot on the IBCA All Team in 1975. He was also named MVP of the Rossville Holiday Tournament and Co-MVP of the Wauseca Conference.

Scott went on to attend Indiana University. He played basketball at IU and played on the 1976 Hoosiers Team that won the championship at the NCAA Mens’ Basketball tournament. As a co-captain Scott helped lead the Hoosiers team that finish first at the 1979 NIT tournament.
