    Danville Dashers visit Maple
Three members of the Danville Dashers minor professional hockey team based out of Danville, Illinois, with the Federal Hockey League came to Maple Grade School on February 15. They made presentations to eat breakfast every morning, and other healthy foods each and every day, and how important it is to do your classroom assignments and do your homework. They also encouraged the students to play sports as it helps build a healthy heart and brain, and good for building muscle strength, too.

From left to right are: Logan Patton (Maple PE teacher), A. J. Tesoriero #18 (from Colorado), Andrew Harrison #13 (from Texas), Julie Prince (Maple parapro), and Jon Hall #9 (from Indiana).
